Disruptive Coaching is uniquely placed to make an immediate impact on organisational performance and corporate value. Before becoming coaches we all built successful careers across a broad range of functions and industries. We have experience in the public and private sectors, in the UK and internationally. All our coaches have at least 15 years of executive and senior management experience. We have all chosen to exit our previous careers to follow our passion to master an innovative ‘psychological toolkit’ and to share that learning across organisations.

We are perfectly placed to assist, regardless of the sector or size of the organisation. We believe that at the core of every successful business are committed, driven, passionate people. Organisations grow in strength if they encourage their people to foster these emotions and display corresponding behaviour.

With experience at board level and the private equity arena, we have a clear view of the interests and requirements of Boards, existing and potential investors. We also understand the challenges of bringing organisations together and building a cohesive single entity post investment.
